This review is editorial only — it is not verification or inspection of any property.

Three Degrees is an introduction platform. Our role ends at the point of introduction. Everything that follows — communications, agreements, payments, stays, and swaps — happens directly between members, and Three Degrees is not a party to any of it.

Our review of listings is editorial only, carried out for presentation and quality. It is not verification or inspection. We do not verify that any property exists, who owns it, or the accuracy of any listing, and we make no guarantees regarding the condition, safety, legality, or suitability of any property in any jurisdiction.

By using Three Degrees, you acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Three Degrees does not act as an agent, broker, insurer, or guarantor for any member
• Three Degrees is not liable for any issue arising from a rental, swap, or any interaction between members, on or off the platform
• Three Degrees bears no responsibility for property damage, financial loss, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity by members
• All agreements between members are the sole responsibility of those members
• Members must conduct their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement, including verifying the other member's identity and the property itself

Nothing above excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

By using our service, you release Three Degrees from any claims, demands, and damages arising from your interactions with other members or properties listed on our platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We strongly recommend that members:

• Communicate thoroughly before any rental or swap
• Obtain appropriate insurance
• Document the condition of properties before and after stays
• Put agreements in writing
